Welcome to my new page!

This new page of mine was created to celebrate the release of @storyblok/astro. I really wanted to take it for a proper test drive and complete an actual real-world project with it. What can I say – it's been a lot of fun to build this site! The combination of Storyblok and Astro is truly a powerful and exciting one.

Furthermore, my old page was in desperate need of a complete overhaul. Albeit not even that old, my focus shifted completely from freelance web development work to developer relations at Storyblok. Hence, I wanted manuelschroeder.dev to actually reflect that.

Beyond that, for the first time in my life, I've decided to start writing a blog. I haven't exactly decided which topics I'll cover, nor do I have any idea how frequently I'll be able to post new content. However, having realized how much I enjoy technical writing, I expect to primarily write about:

• Headless & Jamstack

• Astro

• Vue

• CSS

• Performance optimization

• Accessibility

• ...and possibly the occasional outlier about something else entirely
